Day 1: Errachidia – Ziz Valley – Erfoud – Rissani – Merzouga Desert

Your 3-Day Sahara Desert tour from Errachidia begins with a morning pickup from your hotel or the airport in Errachidia. Travel southeast into the breathtaking Ziz Valley, where lush date palm groves stretch as far as the eye can see and traditional Berber villages dot the landscape. Stop in Erfoud, a historic desert town known for its rich fossil deposits and artisan workshops. Continue to Rissani, an ancient trading post where camel caravans once converged, and explore its colorful local souk. Day 2: Merzouga – Desert Exploration – Ouarzazate

Take part in activities like sandboarding on the sweeping dunes, visiting nomad families, or strolling through Khamlia village, where traditional Gnawa music culture thrives. After your desert exploration, depart Merzouga and head west through the Sahara landscape. Continue toward Ouarzazate, often called the "Hollywood of Morocco" due to its long history as a film location and dramatic desert scenery.

Day 3: Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – High Atlas Mountains – Marrakech

This ancient fortified village showcases striking kasbahs and traditional mud-brick architecture used in many famous films.
